The purpose and vision of our church are based on God's calling found in Matthew 22:36-40 and Matthew 28:18-20.

On June 14, 2000, the Southern Baptist Convention adopted a revised summary of the Southern Baptist faith. The Baptist Faith and Message serves as our statement of faith.

As members, we gather, grow, and go together so that we can multiply.

While we are a self-governing congregation under the leadership of Jesus Christ, we partner nationally with the Southern Baptist Convention to proclaim the gospel to the nations and plant churches across the world through donating to our Cooperative Program.

We also partner with Southern Baptist churches in North Carolina to carry out the Great Commission in our state and to provide our members with resources to grow their faith. 

Locally, we are a part of the Sandhills Baptist Association, a group of like-minded churches that encourage each other in serving our community of Moore County.
